- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆February 08, 2020, by Jenny R.Horrible customer service when checking out. They refused to honor an online coupon and were unfriendly and were just shook their head and said nope. What kind of manager does that to a customer paying well over a hundred dollars? Most stores go out of their way to make sure their customer returns and spends more by honoring online deals. What difference does it make if I'm spending my money online or in-store... IT SHOULD'NT!!! If you really can't honor it for some stupid reason, then learn how to communicate professionally. Ridiculous and I will not be shopping there again. :(
